Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for purchase as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be shipped once the item becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a refund in line with our returns policy.
