Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder. Normally, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours except for backorders or during pre-sales. In rare cases of a backordered item you will receive an email or phone call with further options. Pre-sales will ship in time that you will receive the item on the official release date.
We ship UPS ground for domestic and UPS Saver for International orders. UPS guarantees all orders to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships UPS will send you an email with tracking info. If you will not be home to accept the package or need it rerouted for any reason it is your responsibility to contact UPS at the contact info in your email. If an order is returned to us for any reason, UPS charges $8 to reship. Once a package is returned to us a Puscifer Customer Service person will contact you that your order was returned and get your ok to be charged for the reship before reshipping.
All sales are final, and returns are not permitted
We will gladly exchange your unopened/unworn merchandise should you find a defect or order the wrong size. All exchange items must be received by puscifer.com within 30 days from the date of order. The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping the exchange item back to the store. Puscifer.com will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost.
